This is the model Reyna Marquez is with the poster of this fifth installment of the series, created by the media agency The Cut. Lasting a little over a minute, the video provides a quick overview of trends in makeup and hair in Mexico since the early twentieth century.
The brunette appears first natural face, wearing two long braids: this look is accessorized with a sombrero and a pistol to mark the decade 1910. A few seconds later, Reyna has undergone a dramatic transformation to illustrate 20s, with thin eyebrows, red carmine lips, a square curly hair and a pearl necklace.
The refinement is still required for the 30: lips are still dark, but the square gives way to a glamorous chignon. Long hair back to the 40s, associated with thicker eyebrows and a more sober makeup, although it still maintains the once dark red lips.
Incendiary eyes, pinned hair, a cigarette and pendants Earrings signal the arrival of the 50 Then everything suddenly changes with the 60: sauerkraut bun, pale lips, doe eyes and earrings with pearls.
Time for a more playful look in the 70s, with a natural make-up and two disheveled plaits decorated with ribbons. This playful spirit continues in the 80s with big earrings, a huge ponytail on the side of the eye a little garish purple around the eyes, lips and fuchsia.
The spirit of the 90s grunge is then announced through a red burgundy lips, eyelids glittering eye and pet hair. With the arrival of the new millennium, the smoothing is set to become a capped and wise purpose. Finally, the Mexican glamor is illustrated fully during the 2010s, when brushing impeccable accompanied smoky eyes and dark pink lips.
